Environmental/Forestry Equipment We carry several different types of machines for environmental/forestry applications, chippers, stump grinders, and large forestry mowers. These products are designed for both the homeowner and the site contractor. We currently carry Vermeer, Fecon, and Davco products. Fecon FTX90L FTX 90L Combining compact size with big tractor performance, the FTX90L is forestry tough and ground friendly. Our unit for rent also has a recovery winch on the rear of the machine in case you get stuck. The heavy duty steel tracked FTX90L tractor with a Fecon® Bull Hog® is the high performance solution to land clearing challenges in light commercial, residential and urban interface projects. Wood Chippers: 12” Capacity, Vermeer model BC1000XL Maximum power from a 12" (30 cm) chipper. The BC1000XL combines an impressive 85 HP (63 kw) engine, a large 12" x 17" (30 cm x 43 cm) feed opening, a clutchless PTO and a rubber-torsion suspension for maximum performance in the field. The BC1000XL also offers a noise-reducing design and has an optional sound-abatement package available that makes it one of the quietest and most productive chippers in the field. 
Stump Grinders: Large Stump Cutter, handle bar type, Vermeer SC252 Eliminates the guesswork. This self-propelled unit has an optional AutoSweep system that increases productivity while reducing drive-train wear and tear. With a 27 HP (20 kw) Kohler engine, the SC252 has what it takes to put the tough stumps to rest. A slim 35" (89 cm) width allows easy maneuvering of the unit. Optional dual drive wheels (shown) improve traction and stability.
